Cincinnati is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cincinnati follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The Cincinnati Athletic Club is a true institution. It is the oldest Athletic Club in the country and has has several members who were US Presidents. One of the best decisions you will make is joining the CAC. Historic building, Great amenities such as the cold plunge, sauna, hot tub, steam room, basketball court, pickle ball and swimming pool. I have also met many friends and connections through this club that pays the membership yearly itself. Brad is one of the best trainers you could ever train with. Steve the president is the most solid guys around, Steve is making decisions that are for the best interest in the club. Brandon/Brad are doing a great job at keeping things moving forward so very happy to have them as the managers.

I recently joined the CAC and am very happy with my choice. The establishment has an old school feel to match the historic architecture. The range of machinery and weights are what anyone would need whether a novice or expert. There are numerous amenities which make membership well worth it. The facility is never too busy which can be a problem at other gyms. Centrally located in downtown Cincinnati, itβs an easy walk if youβre a downtown dweller.

I just joined CAC and am extremely glad I made the switch from my previous gym. CAC offers so many training options in a variety of spaces, the hours of operation are great, and the staff is beyond helpful and accommodating. Best steam room I've ever experienced. Looking forward to the new golf simulator and new bar/lounge area. Fantastic place with an amazing history.

I joined 3 months ago and couldnβt be happier. The facility is extremely clean, never crowded, and Eric the director is constantly taking feedback for improvement. The club has also been a great resource for networking. It is definitely more of a βclubβ compared to just a gym.
